Alex brings an advanced set of sales, organizational and technological skills to CENTURY 21 Bridgeway Commercial. With an interest in business and entrepreneurship, Alex earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from LeMoyne College here in Syracuse.After graduation, Alex accepted a position with Stickley, Audi & Co. managing the sales and operations of their oriental rug business in the New England Market, a role which further sharpened his skills in sales, logistics and marketing.In 2009, Alex obtained his real estate license and returned to Syracuse and joined his father Tom Lischak, CCIM at Pyramid Brokerage Company as a commercial sales agent. During his time here, Alex learned the ropes and requirements of a successful real estate professional and participated in the transaction of several prominent real estate deals in the Syracuse and surrounding areas. While working in real estate Alex also took on a position with Lowes Home Improvement and would eventually leave full-time real estate to become a full time Assistant Store Manager within the Lowes organization.After working and managing in three different Lowes stores, Alex opted to make one more career stop in the automotive industry and became a Store Manager of a Firestone Complete AutoCare facility before working as a service advisor in a local dealership before finally returning to the real estate business in late 2019.After seeing the world a bit Alex realized that his passion for sales, management and people can in fact be found in a career in real estate. In 2019, Alex officially made the move to join NAI Bridgeway Commercial and work side by side with his father, Tom and sister, Aristina to bring the family business into the next generation. Alex brings with him a strong set of technical and analytical skills, along with a drive and desire to see those around him be successful. Alex has made a career facilitating deals, helping people become better salespeople and employees and has always been exceedingly generous with his time and knowledge to help others.Alex is heavily involved with his church and enjoys automotive and kart racing, mountain biking and hiking in his downtime. Alex currently resides in Manlius, NY with his wife Rachael and their dog Mocha.
